When I saw pictures of poverty-stricken parts of India and experienced the journey through hell with Jamal I realized how lucky I am to live in my country. I think one of the most memorable moments of the movie was Hindu-against-Muslim massacre, people were attacked and killed just because of their different religious beliefs... It was like a "wake up" call for me because it really still happens repeatedly in some many parts of the world that people get killed because they aren't "privileged" like we are, to live in a country with freedom of religion...Very sad yet so true.
